Quarter House Hotel was designed as a private boutique hotel buyout. With six private suites sleeping up to twenty, individually curated rooms, marble bathrooms finished with Perrin & Rowe fixtures, a private lounge for your closest guests and a full kitchen with luxury appliances.

Ways to StayQuarter House Hotel is available in two ways: as part of a full-estate experience, or as a private hotel stay when the estate calendar allows.
The Full Estate Experience
For weddings, retreats, corporate programs, and private gatherings using the entire property.
Quarter House becomes the overnight home base for the people closest to the experience, with the full estate unfolding around them.
For gatherings with more than thirty people, or for use of Seaport Hall, The Patrol House, The Shop, or other event spaces, an additional gathering experience must be booked alongside your Quarter House stay.
Private Quarter House Stay
For the executive offsite, family stay, artist’s retreat, intimate celebration, or quiet New Orleans escape that does not require the full estate.
This offering includes exclusive use of Quarter House Hotel and access to designated estate grounds. It does not include event use of Seaport Hall, The Patrol House, or The Shop.
Up to thirty guests may be on property at any given time, including overnight guests and day visitors.
Private Quarter House stays are offered on select dates based on the estate calendar.

The estate’s preferred vendor list is available for Quarter House guests who would like to coordinate private chefs, caterers, photographers, florists, wellness practitioners, spa services, New Orleans experiences, or other hosted services beyond our concierge tiers.
